Responsibilities -

• Identify and develop new business in Industrial Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Robotics, Panel Building, Turnkey Projects).
• Generate leads through field visits, references, cold calls, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Negotiate pricing and payment terms; close orders and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams for smooth execution.
• Understand customer requirements and provide technical sales solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Execute marketing activities including presentations, demos, exhibitions, and campaigns.
• Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in Automation System Integrator / Manufacturing Industry.
• Existing customer network in manufacturing sectors like Automobile, Automation
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• BE / BTech in Mechanical,Mechatronics, or Automation & MBA in Marketing
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites.
