Technical Sales and Customer Service- East Region

Performs on-site technical and operational support to sales processes and customer projects, for an assigned organization unit.

Role & responsibilities

• Completes installation, maintenance and functional audit of products and/or systems of similar nature.
• Analyzes customers technical setup in order better judge aspects of product integration.
• Completes technical analyses and supports proposal process at any stage, as part of the sales team.
• Performs the review of task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provides guidance in the phase of product test integration.
• Communicate with customers on planning for up scaling product integration.
• May support completion of service contracts (i.e. planning and estimating labor categories, rates, material costs, etc.).
• Determines priorities and schedules measures for improvement.
• Designs training programs for customers and ensures training is delivered online or onsite.
• May manage respective subcontractors.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related discipline).
• 4-8 years of experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical support of industrial systems/equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
