Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical skills, experience, salary expectations, and notice periods.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and support timely closure of positions.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT recruitment and technical job roles.
• Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; HR or management background preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
• Willingness to work from the Kolkata office.
