Job Designation-Technical Recruiter

Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Technical, and Non-Technical roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Handle candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Required Skills-

• Graduate in any discipline; HR/MBA preferred.
• 13 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience recruiting Mechanical, Electrical, Design Engineering, and Automation professionals is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
