Job Responsibilities:

• Source and screen IT candidates for US-based clients.
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Negotiate rates and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:

• Experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other job portals.
