Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our recruitment team as Technical Recruiters. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates for technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability, communication skills, availability, and salary expectations.
• Learn and use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Support offer negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
• Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of assigned positions.

Required Skills

• Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT technologies and technical job roles is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn candidate sourcing, Boolean searches, and recruitment tools.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to build a career in technical recruitment.
