Technical Recruiter

Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Full Time Hiring)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.
2. Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
3. Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, notice period, and salary expectations.
4. Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and submit qualified candidates within timelines.
5. Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and daily submission reports while achieving assigned hiring targets.
