Job Summary

Intellics Global Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced IT Recruiters with 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, particularly in C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring. Candidates must have experience in client handling, coordinating with client POCs, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment across multiple technologies.
• Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Handle client communications and coordinate with client POCs for requirements, candidate submissions, interview feedback, and hiring updates.
• Understand client-specific recruitment processes and hiring expectations.
• Ensure quality submissions and perform candidate duplicacy checks.
• Upload candidate profiles and maintain recruitment trackers and pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with candidates until joining.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment, preferably in C2H hiring.
• Experience in client handling and POC coordination is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies and technical skill sets.
• Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience with client-specific recruitment processes, profile submissions, and candidate uploading.
• Experience working with large clients is preferred.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech/BE, or MBA (HR).

Additional Requirements

• Candidates must have their own laptop/desktop and a reliable internet connection.
• Maximum employment gap permitted: 6 months.
