Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note: mandatory Female candidates only, married is 1st preference

We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 6 months –1 year of experience in IT recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• 6 months –1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including Contract-to-Hire.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate/client feedback.
• Understand client requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining timelines.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and pipeline updates.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and regular follow-up until joining.
• Build and maintain a strong IT talent pipeline.
• Work with the internal team to achieve weekly/monthly hiring targets.
