Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter – Data Engineering with 3 to 4 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should possess strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in hiring for Data Engineering and other IT-related positions.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Engineering and IT-related positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technology professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Stay updated on current market trends and technology hiring demands.

Required Skills
• 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong expertise in using the Naukri Portal for sourcing and hiring.
• Good understanding of Data Engineering and IT skill sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong profile-searching and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
