Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end technical recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
• Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills and experience.
• Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication with candidates and clients.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and documentation.
• Handle day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Monitor candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruitment status.
• Support the team in meeting hiring targets, improving processes, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, recruitment operations, coordination, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of IT/technical roles and recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tools/job portals.
• Ability to independently manage multiple requirements and priorities.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
