Role & responsibilities

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead the full cycle recruiting process from initial contact, to negotiation, to job offer 
• Identify and source candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri,  job boards, and professional networks 
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, cultural fit, and compatibility for the company 
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, upholding the Kibo candidate experience throughout the recruiting process and into onboarding 
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other leaders to understand their needs and develop strategies to achieve the highest results 
• Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and make improvements as needed 

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Recruiter in a product-based, corporate SAAS setting
• Proven track record of hiring to plan, with expertise in compensation benchmarking, and a record of strong retention rates post offer
• Strong proficiency in technical recruiting, with the ability to source and assess candidates for a variety of technical roles
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills 
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to treat confidential information with discretion 
• Experience with candidate sourcing tools, recruiting software (ATS), and recruiting metrics
