Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for automotive engineering positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates who meet the requirements for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Analyze candidate feedback from interviews and provide recommendations on potential hires.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or staffing industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive engineering services and products.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
