Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
• Handle salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination. • Build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Work on multiple technical requirements within deadlines.
• Ensure quality hiring and timely position closures. Required Skills

• Strong understanding of IT recruitment and technical roles.

• Experience hiring for Developers, DevOps, QA, Network, Cloud, Data Science, and Infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment. • Experience in IT hiring is mandatory.
