About this role
Requirements
- Good presentation, communication &interpersonal skills.
- 3 to 4 years of Recruitment experience.
- Contract / Contract to Hire staffing experience is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri).
- Experience with service-based clients/Big 4companies, especially in the Information Technology domain.
