• Handle end-to-end US Non IT recruitment (360° hiring)
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder
• Work on VMS/MSP client requirements
• Screen profiles, coordinate interviews.
• Social Media hiring
• Ensure quality submissions and meet hiring targets

Required Skills:

• Experience in US Non IT Staffing recruitment
• Strong knowledge of ATS tools & job portals
• Good communication & sourcing skills
• Ability to work in night shift
