We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter with end-to-end expertise across all phases of the hiring lifecycle - from job requisition and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in technical hiring and a strong understanding of best practices in candidate evaluation, compliance, and background verification (BGV). • Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and platforms - to drive efficiency, enhance candidate matching, and reduce time-to-hire. • This role is critical in ensuring high-quality talent acquisition that aligns with both business needs and strategic growth objectives.
