Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for automation testing roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Stay updated on market trends, tools, and technologies in QA automation.
• Efficiently utilize ATS and recruitment tools to manage pipelines and generate reports.
