.Key Responsibilitie

• sManage end-to-end technical recruitment
• .Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels
• .Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements
• .Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews
• .Manage candidate follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer closures
• .Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• .Achieve hiring targets and close positions within timelines

.Requirement

• s1–3 years of experience in Technical/IT Recruitment
• .Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
• .Good understanding of technical roles and technologies
• .Experience with LinkedIn and Naukri
• .Strong communication and negotiation skills
• .Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
