Technical Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for technical roles through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fitment with client requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong understanding of Candidate Sourcing techniques including social media platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent Communication Skills with ability to effectively communicate with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
