Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced US Junior/senior/ lead Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clients across the United States. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, experience in IT and/or non-IT staffing, and a proven ability to identify, engage, and place qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and networking.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Ensure compliance with US employment and staffing regulations.
• Meet hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• MBA / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Must have experience in US staffing/recruitment.
• Strong understanding of various US work authorizations for W2 and Corp to Corp (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).
• Experience working with job portals such as Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
