Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume openings across trading, intern, and technical positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct first-round screening calls at volume to build strong shortlists.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers; keep the pipeline organized in a tracker/ATS.
• Maintain fast, clear, professional communication so no candidate goes cold.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring trader batches.
• Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, funnel conversion, source effectiveness) and report progress weekly.
• Support employer branding by drafting and refining job posts across platforms.

• Any graduate with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong coordination, follow-through, and the drive to handle high candidate and requisition volume under pressure.
• Comfort with LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and spreadsheets/ATS tools.
• Organized, quick, resilient, and detail-oriented.
• Freshers with the right hustle are encouraged to apply.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of the stock market / trading (US equities, day trading) a genuine advantage when screening trader candidates.
• Prior recruiting exposure in fintech, trading, or tech (internships count).
• Familiarity with structured interview scorecards.
