Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with 1-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT technologies while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
• Source profiles through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality standards.

Required Skills

• 1- 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sourcing for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Data Engineering, Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack, SAP, and other IT skill sets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Experience in contract staffing or permanent staffing is an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
