Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT / Tech Recruiter with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end talent acquisition for US and international clients. In this role, you will source, screen, and place high-caliber technical talent across software engineering, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging tech roles while operating aligned with US/UK time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for complex technical roles across US and global markets.
• Client & Manager Alignment: Partner with client hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, deliverables, and talent profiles.
• Active Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized tech job boards, Boolean search queries, GitHub, and professional networks to identify passive talent.
• Compliance & Authorization: Evaluate candidates' legal work authorization status (e.g., US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, TN, UK Right to Work) and tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an ATS database, candidate communication, salary negotiations, and pre-onboarding alignment

Key Requirements

• Experience: [4-8] years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment, specifically supporting US-based clients.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong grasp of tech stacks, programming languages, cloud platforms, and IT industry terminology.
• Shift Flexibility: Must be open and available to work overlap hours in US (EST/PST) or UK shift timings.
• US Tax/Visa Knowledge: Working understanding of US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) and visa categories.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for client-facing and candidate interactions

Shift & Schedule

• Shift Hours: US Shift (EST / PST) or UK Shift (GMT / BST)
• Work Days: Monday to Friday
