Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter with 4-6 years of expertise in end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various technologies and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across multiple technologies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews and manage the offer negotiation process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for niche and critical skills.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide market insights.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports using ATS and recruitment tools.
