Technical Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical/IT positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and assist with the joining and onboarding process.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure positions are closed within defined timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in technical/IT recruitment.
• Good understanding of technical roles, skills, and IT job requirements.
• Experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good candidate assessment and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
