Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter

Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively source and screen candidates for open positions.
• Manage high-volume recruitment and ensure timely closure and deliver within the TAT.
• Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates based on role-specific requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening to assess skills, experience and suitability.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. 1-3 Years of strong sourcing skills and a basic understanding of technical concepts to conduct effective initial screening.
2. Ability to understand job profiles, technical requirements, and identify relevant candidates.
3. Experience in and willingness to work on contractual hiring positions.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with the team, maintain a positive attitude, and enjoy working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
