Technical Recruiter (Night Shift)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting IT professionals for US-based clients and be comfortable working with multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and other channels.
• Understand US IT job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and technical/communication assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in the ATS.
• Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals.
• Negotiate rates/salary and manage candidate expectations.
• Ensure candidates meet client requirements, work authorization, and submission guidelines.
• Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in US IT Recruiting.
• Good understanding of US IT technologies and job roles.
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Good understanding of US work authorization types.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting for technologies such as Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, QA, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Experience working with US staffing vendors and direct clients.
• Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems and recruiting tools.
