About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join a large - scale engineering and manufacturing organization on a long - term contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter with a strong technical hiring background to work in a fast - paced, high - precision industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end - to - end technical recruitment lifecycle - sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.

- Source and engage passive and active candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent for current and upcoming requirements.

- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit, communication skills, and overall candidate suitability.

- Coordinate and drive interview processes with internal panels, ensuring timely feedback and closure.

- Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and candidate experience through to joining.

- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 - 8 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with exposure to good product or services companies.

- Proven track record of hiring for engineering, technical, or specialized roles.

- Aerospace industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - this is a non - negotiable requirement.

- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast - paced, deadline - driven environment.

- Proficiency with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

Additional Details:

- Candidates must be available to work 5 days a week from the office location listed above.

- Immediate joiners or those with a notice period of up to 15 days will be prioritized.
