Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & other platforms.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and close positions.
• Manage multiple technical requirements and meet hiring targets.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience in Domestic IT/Technical Recruitment.
• Strong sourcing, screening & communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the Indian IT hiring market.
• NO US/UK candidates
• Immediate joiners preferred.
