Technical Recruiter Intern / Trainee

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Recruiter Intern/Trainee who is passionate about talent acquisition and technology hiring. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in recruitment. You will work closely with experienced recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire top technical talent across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements from recruiters and hiring managers.
  Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate communication skills, experience, and candidate interest.
• Schedule technical and managerial interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and offer status.
• Learn Boolean search techniques, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, or other job portals.
• Basic understanding of technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, QA, or Full Stack Development.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is an added advantage.
  Internship or project experience in recruitment or HR is preferred but not mandatory.
