Job Title: Technical Recruiter Fresher

Jinn Search Partners is growing, and we are looking for motivated freshers who want to build a serious career in Technology Recruitment.

We are a technology-focused recruitment firm working primarily on Engineering and Product hiring. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, wants to learn quickly, and is comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

What youll do:

• Source candidates for Engineering and Product roles
• Screen candidates over calls and understand their experience, skills, expectations, notice period, and career preferences
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the interview process
• Follow up regularly and maintain candidate/recruitment trackers
• Work on live hiring mandates and interact with professionals across the technology market
• Learn different technology roles, skills, and recruitment processes
• Gradually take ownership of end-to-end recruitment

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable speaking with new people every day

Work Details:

• Work From Home / Fully Remote
• Candidates can apply from anywhere in India
• Own laptop is mandatory
• Stable internet connection required
• Monday to Friday – Full Day
• Saturday – Half Day till 2:00 PM
• Experience: Fresher
• Salary: 10,000–12,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed salary
