Working Days : 5 days (Saturday-Sunday Off)

Eligibility:

• B.Tech / Technical Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
• Must be proficient in Telugu or Kannada (Can Speak and understand)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition

Role & Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for technical positions
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Understand hiring requirements and identify suitable talent
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Build strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Work closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams
