We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter for this contractor role to support hiring across technical functions. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle-from sourcing and screening candidates through offer acceptance-while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a proven track record recruiting for fast-paced technology companies.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates to assess technical qualifications, experience, and overall fit.
• Coordinate interviews and provide timely communication throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to improve recruiting effectiveness.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a high-growth technology company.
• Demonstrated success recruiting software engineers and other technical talent.
• Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.

• Experience recruiting for high level engineer roles for cybersecurity or enterprise software companies.
• Existing network of senior and staff-level software engineers in the Rust ecosystem
• Experience recruiting globally across multiple regions.
• Familiarity with engineering roles involving Rust, cloud, Kubernetes, Linux, DevOps, infrastructure, security, or systems software.

• Consistently delivers qualified candidates quickly.
• Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Operates independently with minimal oversight.
• Maintains a high standard of quality while managing multiple searches simultaneously.
