Technical Record Specialist

Job description

The Technical Records specialist is responsible for supporting the Company's Continuing

Airworthiness Management by ensuring that all aircraft maintenance records, technical

documents, and regulatory compliance data, respective to continuous airworthiness, are

accurate, complete, and up to date.

Role & responsibilities

• Reviews all completed maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with regulations/SAESI procedure
• Scanning and archiving Aircraft Maintenance records.
• Communicate (actively with cross functional departments in relation to technical records data.
• Comply with Company procedures to ensure Company and Authority Regulations are maintained.
• Process, store, organize & retrieve, information and records in various formats: hard copy (paper), digital, photographic, film, or audio & and destroy whenever required.
• Building up and maintaining detailed records of engines and major components.
• Reviewing, validating, and achieving aircraft maintenance work packages, covering both routine and non-routine inspections, repairs, modifications, and check inspections.
• Reviewing, updating, and organizing records to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collection of completed technical documents before Gate closure.
• Cross check SAP closure of the completed documentation.
• Maintain gate wise document check list.
• Maintain & monitor engine preservation status & alert in case approaching expiry.
• Maintain archived document records.
• Ensure data privacy as per company regulation.
• Contribute to various Kaizen projects.
• Active participation in various assigned projects for process improvement.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Well versed with operating RAMCO,AMOS or SAP
