Mandatory skills- Portal content, Technical publications, compliance with Company & Global Trade Policies and Procedures, privacy regulations

JD -

• Mange user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Update and maintain portal content, technical publications, and customer resources.
• Collaborate with Field Support Managers, Contract Team for access control.
• Collaborate with Digital Technology to support for portal enhancement.
• Ensure compliance with Company & Global Trade Policies and Procedures, privacy regulations.
• 2 -4 years of experience in technical publications domain or similar
• Strong Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tolls.
