We are currently hiring experienced Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to lead strategic engineering programs for global customers.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering program management
• Mandatory experience in Semiconductor Equipment Software development and delivery.
• Strong understanding of SEMI standards, SECS/GEM.
• Should have Semiconductor Fab experience and understanding of Fab automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong background in software engineering with hands-on technical understanding.
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs involving software, systems, and hardware teams.
• Proven experience in:
• High-level system/software design reviews
• Stakeholder communication and executive reporting
• Risk identification and mitigation
• Program scheduling, planning, and tracking
• Cross-functional team leadership
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with semiconductor equipment domains such as wafer processing, inspection, metrology, lithography, etch, deposition, packaging, or automation systems.
• Familiarity with industrial automation, real-time systems, equipment control software, or factory automation solutions.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
