Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Java, Oracle, and enterprise application delivery. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project management, technical solutioning, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, resource planning, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, planning, estimation, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Provide technical oversight for Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and Oracle Database.
• Drive SQL optimization, application performance tuning, RCA, and production stabilization.
• Manage development, QA, BA, DevOps, SIT/UAT, and production releases.
• Handle customer communication, stakeholder management, project governance, and escalations.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Ensure quality standards, technical documentation, and release governance.

Must-Have Skills:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with Technical Project Management.
• Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Strong Oracle Database and SQL expertise.
• REST APIs, enterprise application development, and integration.
• Agile/Scrum, project planning, and delivery governance.
• Production support, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in Java + Oracle application delivery, technical leadership, Agile project management, and production support.
