Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end product development and release activities from concept through launch.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Business stakeholders.
• Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and project reporting.
• Facilitate change management processes and ensure smooth implementation of business and product changes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and status reports.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation and contingency plans.
• Engage and manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
• Analyze project performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Conduct project review meetings and communicate progress to leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, processes, and governance requirements.
• Support product launch readiness and release management activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in Project Management, Product Development, and Product Release Management.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving capabilities.
• Experience in Change Management and process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource management.
• Hands-on experience with project management and reporting tools such as:
• Microsoft Project
• Power BI
• QuickBase
• Office Timeline
• Other equivalent project management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP Certification preferred.
• Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project environments.
• Knowledge of project governance, product lifecycle management, and release processes.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and decision-making skills.
