Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background along with proven experience in managing complex software projects, stakeholder communication, and driving Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope and timelines
• Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and dependencies
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure on-time delivery with high quality and adherence to SDLC processes
• Coordinate with Dev, QA, DevOps, and Architecture teams
• Track and report project status, KPIs, and metrics to stakeholders
• Handle client communication, escalations, and expectations
• Support technical discussions and architecture alignment
• Ensure adoption of best practices, coding standards, and governance

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Technical Project Management / Program Management
• Good technical background in Java / Microservices / APIs
• Hands-on exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Strong understanding of SDLC and system design
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes)
• PMP / Scrum certifications
• Experience in enterprise-scale applications
• Client-facing / onsite experience
• US On site experience preffered
