Technical Project Manager

About Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise .NET application projects. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.

• Define solution architecture, coding standards, development processes, and technical best practices.

• Manage and mentor developers, technical leads, and module leads.

• Review requirements, technical designs, code quality, security, and application performance.

• Work closely with clients, business analysts, project managers, QA, and DevOps teams.

• Prepare effort estimates, project plans, resource plans, and identify delivery risks.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time with required quality and security standards.

• Support presales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and technical presentations.

• Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC, and Entity Framework Core.

• Good knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, design patterns, and enterprise application architecture.

• Experience with SQL Server, query optimization, stored procedures, and database design. • Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor will be preferred.

• Knowledge of Azure services, including App Service, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, SQL, and Entra ID.

• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.

• Knowledge of application security, code reviews, and performance optimization.

• Strong team management, client communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI-assisted development, or AI integration will be an advantage.
