Required Skills & Experience :

• 8 - 12+ years of experience in Software Development / Technical Project Management, preferably in an IT service-based company.

• Strong technical background with experience in Web/Mobile Applications, APIs, Microservices, Cloud, Databases,Integrations, and Software Architecture.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring technical teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Software Architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and deployment processes.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Good exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP and modern software development technologies.

• Strong experience in client handling, stakeholder management, project estimation, resource planning, risk management, and escalation management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
