Technical Project Manager

Required Skills & Experience

• 1014 years of overall IT experience, with significant experience in Program/Project Management.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing technology programs.
• Strong experience in Cloud Transformation / Cloud Migration / Cloud Infrastructure programs.
• Hands-on understanding of at least one major cloud platform:
• AWS
• Microsoft Azure
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience managing large, complex, multi-team technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, APIs, Microservices, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and application modernization.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience in budgeting, resource planning, vendor management, risk management, and governance.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Good to Have

• PMP / PgMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe certification.
• AWS / Azure / GCP certification.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Exposure to FinOps, cloud security, DevSecOps, data platforms, AI/ML, or digital transformation.
• Experience managing enterprise cloud migration or data-center transformation initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA/PGDM would be an added advantage.
