Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong software engineering background to lead enterprise product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional engineering teams, and ensure successful execution of complex SaaS and cloud-based products while promoting AI-powered software development practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple software product initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and releases.
• Lead Agile/Scrum delivery across multiple engineering teams.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• Drive sprint planning, release planning, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning.
• Promote AI-assisted development using tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, OpenAI, Claude, and Windsurf.
• Monitor project health, delivery metrics, quality, resource utilization, and release readiness.
• Manage RAID logs and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Mentor engineering leads and foster a high-performance delivery culture.

Required Experience

• 18+ years of overall IT experience.
• 8+ years managing enterprise software development projects.
• Prior hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience delivering SaaS, ERP, or cloud-based enterprise applications.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
