• Delivery planning, milestones, and release management


• Risk, issue, dependency & escalation management


• Handling multiple streams / squads

• Senior stakeholder & client communication


• Conflict resolution across teams


• Influencing without authority


• Executive-level reporting & governance forums

• Agile metrics: velocity, predictability, throughput


• Delivery dashboards & health reporting


• RAID logs, action tracking


• Ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery

• Jira (advanced usage, dashboards, workflows)


• Confluence (program documentation)


• Experience with scaled delivery tools (Jira Align - good to have)
