Technical Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts through effective issue management processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Java programming language and its applications in software development projects.
• Proven expertise in budget management, project planning, risk management, team management, quality control, and stakeholder management.
