Technical Project Manager

Position Summary

Seeking a Technical PM/Scrum Master to provide oversight, prioritization management, sprint execution, and coordination across a geographically distributed Workday integration team. This individual will act as the primary delivery lead between RSM leadership and offshore development resources.

Required Skills (Must Have)

• 8+ years of Project Management or Scrum Master experience
• Workday implementation or Workday integration program experience
• Experience leading offshore development teams
• Agile/Scrum certification preferred
• Strong stakeholder management
• Experience managing Workday integration backlogs
• Risk, dependency, and issue management

Preferred Skills

• Workday Studio knowledge
• Workday HCM or Financials experience
• Azure DevOps
• Jira
• SAFe Agile experience
• Experience leading teams in India

Responsibilities

• Manage sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and delivery cadence
• Coordinate priorities with RSM leadership
• Manage offshore development and QA teams
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones
• Ensure delivery quality and adherence to timelines
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams
