- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or IT Service Delivery.
- Strong experience managing Cloud Operations or Managed Services environments.
- Hands-on exposure to AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proven experience handling P1/P2 Incident Management in large-scale production environments.
- Strong knowledge of SLA, KPI, SLO, SLI, MTTR, and MTTD concepts.

- Experience working with ITSM and project management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Freshservice.
- Strong customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
