Technical Project Manager/Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end software development projects from planning to production deployment.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release management, and project governance.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues while ensuring timely resolution.
• Track project progress, KPIs, and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, system integrations, and process improvements.
• Ensure quality delivery within scope, timelines, and agreed objectives.

Required Skills

• 78 years of Project/Program Management experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Release Management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder, risk, dependency, and vendor management skills.
• Basic understanding of APIs, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or SAFe certification is preferred.
• Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, E-commerce, or Enterprise Applications is an added advantage.
