**WE ARE HIRING | TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER IT VENDOR MANAGEMENT**

** Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in software development, IT vendor management, project governance, and enterprise technology delivery.

The ideal candidate should have progressed from a hands-on development role into team leadership and project management, with experience managing vendors, stakeholders, contracts, SLAs, budgets, and end-to-end project delivery.

** Key Responsibilities**

Manage end-to-end IT project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Oversee IT vendor selection, performance, relationships, and commercial negotiations.

Manage contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs, and work orders.

Drive project governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and escalation management.

Coordinate development teams, business stakeholders, and external technology partners.

Track project milestones, resource utilization, budgets, and delivery performance.

Ensure effective project planning, reporting, and compliance with organizational processes.

** Mandatory Skills**

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience.
• 4–5 years of hands-on software development experience before transitioning into project management.
• Strong IT vendor management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with contracts, SLAs, SOWs, and work orders.
• Strong project governance, budgeting, risk management, and delivery capabilities.
• Technical background in Java, Microsoft technologies, Data/Analytics, Databases, or SAP is preferred.
• Experience in a GCC (Global Capability Centre) environment is an advantage.

A technically strong professional who understands software development and can effectively manage enterprise IT projects, external vendors, commercial commitments, and cross-functional teams.
